1. Registration and Access

1.1 By registering on the C1EURO application ("the Application") using your e-mail address and a password, you agree to provide accurate information and to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

1.2 Once registered, you will have access to a catalog of services and shopping offered by professionals affiliated with the Application.

2. Connection Payment

2.1 To be put in contact with a professional, you must pay a fee of 1 euro. Once this amount has been paid, you will be redirected to a dashboard where you can interact with the professional.

2.2 You understand that this payment of 1 euro gives you access to a connection with the professional of your choice for a period of 24 hours from the time of payment.

3. Payment for Services or Products

3.1 Once you have established a relationship with a professional, you will be able to pay for the services or products requested under the following conditions:

Payment by credit card: You can make a payment using a credit card. Card details will be processed securely in accordance with our privacy policy.

Cash payment: If the professional offers it, you can pay in cash by following the instructions provided. 

Payment by Payment Link : You can also use a payment link provided by the professional to pay online.

4. Request and connection times

4.1 Once the connection request has been made, you will have 24 hours to interact with the professional via the Dashboard.

4.2 The connection with the professional will also last 24 hours from the time of the initial payment.

5. Return Policy for Shopping Items

5.1 For purchases of items via the Application, you benefit from a 14-day withdrawal guarantee in accordance with the Hamon Law. You may withdraw from the purchase within this period without having to provide reasons, and you will be refunded the amount paid, subject to the specific conditions defined by the professional.

6. Liability

6.1 You understand that the Application facilitates contact with professionals, but we are not responsible for the quality, safety or legality of the products and services offered by professionals.

1.2 You are subject to verification of your identity in accordance with the procedures defined by the Application.

1.3 You are responsible for ensuring the quality and conformity of the products and services you offer via the Application.

2. Products and Services

2.1 You may place advertisements for the sale of products and services on the Application. Descriptions, prices and terms of sale must be accurate and complete.

2.2 If you offer the sale of items, you must comply with the Hamon Law, which gives customers a 14-day cooling-off period after purchase.

2.3 You agree not to offer illegal, fraudulent, counterfeit or offensive products or services.

3. Receiving customer requests

3.1 You will receive requests from customers interested in your products or services on your professional dashboard.

3.2 You agree to respond to customer requests in a professional, accurate and timely manner.

3.3 If you are unable to satisfy a customer request, you must inform the customer promptly and transparently.

4. Customer satisfaction

4.1 You are obliged to provide quality products and services in accordance with the descriptions and conditions published by you.

4.2 In the event of a problem with a product or service, you must work constructively with the customer to resolve the situation satisfactorily.

4.3 If the customer expresses dissatisfaction, you must treat the situation seriously and seek appropriate solutions.

5. Liability

5.1 You are responsible for all information you provide, advertisements you publish and interactions with customers.

5.2 You acknowledge that the Application facilitates contact between you and customers, but we are not responsible for the quality, safety or legality of the products and services you offer.

6. Modifications to the Conditions

6.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions for Professionals at any time. Changes will be notified in the Application. Your continued use of the Application after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
